ONGC Petro additions Limited (OPaL), formed as a special purpose joint venture has already successfully commissioned its grass root mega petrochemical project of 1.1 MMTPA ethylene capacity in Dahej SEZ, Gujarat, in 2017. The entity is promoted by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and co-promoted by Gas Authority of India Ltd (GAIL) and Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC).
Since commissioning, OPaL is producing Low Polymer Wax in both lumps and flakes forms as a process by-product. In order to enable evacuation of the same, we invite interest from of Actual Users/Processors of Low Polymer Wax desirous of lifting the said material strictly for their own captive use. Refer to the format of Application Form as below.
It may be noted that "Quantity Bids" shall be invited from empanelled prospective actual users on pre-determined 'Price' and 'Period of Lifting', on a single bid tender basis, empanelled with OPaL on or before the date of invitation of "Quantity Bids". It is the responsibility of the empanelled bidders to assess and physically inspect the material and make themselves satisfied about the nature, quality, location, condition, technical specifications of the material and applicable statutory taxes-duties and legalities prior to submission of "Quantity Bids".
