OPaL Shines at 3rd National HR Conclave with Prestigious Platinum and Gold Awards

OPaL’s HR & Security Team made a commendable presence at the 3rd National HR Conclave, organized by QCFI Ankleshwar in association with PP Savani University, by securing both Platinum and Gold Awards for their innovative and people-focused case studies. The conclave, themed “Reimagining HR: People, Purpose, Process, and Progress,” brought together professionals from around 25 leading corporate groups, showcasing over 45 case studies that addressed the evolving needs of the modern workforce and fostering innovation to adapt to the shifting demands of today’s and future workforce.

The OPaL Security Team presented two compelling case studies. The first, “Digitalization of Gate Pass and Compliance Process,” highlighted a tech-driven approach to streamline operations and enhance compliance, earning the Platinum Award, the highest recognition at the conclave.

The second case study, “Well-Being, Work-Life Balance, and Creating an Environment to Foster Workplace Satisfaction of Outsourced Security Personnel,” focused on improving the lives of outsourced security staff through empathetic and inclusive HR strategies, and was honoured with the Gold Award.

The teams behind these award-winning presentations were:

• Team 1 (Platinum Award): Sh. Vijayinder Singh, Sh. Anup Singh, and Sh. Chetan Sonawane
• Team 2 (Gold Award): Sh. Shailendra Sah, Sh. Ravi Sharma, and Sh. Rahul Singh

OPaL was also represented at the conclave by Sh. Nirav Simariya and Sh. Jaimin Joshi, who participated as delegates and played a vital role in the event’s proceedings. Sh. Mukesh Thapliyal, DGM - Security, had the honour of serving both as a Jury Member and an Expert Committee Member, reinforcing OPaL’s reputation for leadership and innovation in HR excellence.
