The 12th edition of India Chem, the largest event of chemical industry, was organised at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 02 -03 November 2022.
ONGC Petro additions Limited (OPaL), one of the leading producers of polymers and petrochemicals, was one of the proud participants at this prestigious event. The OPaL stall at the event was inaugurated by Shri Gurinder Singh, Managing Director – OPaL, in the presence of Shri Hemant Nautiyal, Head-Marketing, OPaL and other representatives from OPaL’s marketing team. The expansive stall was thoughtfully designed to showcase the exclusive product line and accommodate a large number of visitors. On the second day, Shri Arun Baroka, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Chemical and Petrochemical, Govt. of India.
The fundamental objective of India Chem is to establish India as the global manufacturing hub of quality speciality chemicals and build a prominent base for R&D. The event addressed the issues and challenges faced by the chemical industry to realize its potential and bring together various stakeholders and provide a networking platform for exchange of views and ideas and thus facilitate ease of doing business.
The event was well-attended by producers and customers of the chemical fraternity. India Chem is jointly organised by the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Government of India and FICCI. India Chem provides an ideal platform for all stakeholders of the chemical industry to come together and deliberate over the possibilities of the future.
